The Battle of the Bulge, fought in December 1944 in Belgium's Ardennes Forest, was the largest and costliest single battle undertaken by U.S. forces in WWII. American forces withstood a surprise German offensive amid brutal winter conditions. Their victory helped hasten the end of Nazi Germany's campaign in the West.
This pivotal battle is commemorated through the design of U.S. Money Reserve's new coin set, thoughtfully crafted under the guidance of two former Directors of the U.S. Mint. The set features vivid depictions of key moments from the battlegrounds:
