*Gold Buyback Guarantee: Open to US residents aged 21 and over who are first time customers of USMR or who have purchased less than $20,000 in Qualifying Products (described below) from USMR prior to January 1, 2023.
Qualifying Products include: 1986-1999 Proof Gold American Eagle coins (PCGS PR-69 or PR-70), which must be purchased directly from USMR to qualify. Offer excludes any products not listed above, all types of bullion, and products not purchased directly from USMR.
This guarantee only applies to Qualifying Products, which are subject to change from time to time, and certain additional restrictions or eligibility terms may apply to certain types of Qualifying Products. To qualify for the Gold Buyback Guarantee original purchaser must continue to own Qualifying Products for a minimum of 10 years from purchase date OR for a minimum of 2 years from purchase date if owner is aged 72 or older with valid proof-of-age documentation.
Gold Buyback Guarantee is an offer only and, to accept, a purchaser must sign additional documents, including a customer agreement and Gold Buyback Guarantee agreement. If all requirements are met, then USMR will re-purchase Qualifying Products at the greater of the fair market value or the original purchase price, up to $350,000. Additional terms apply.
