Placing Your Order
You may submit an “order request” to purchase bullion through our website. The price of your bullion purchase is not locked-in or fixed at the time of your order request. You are required to call USMR at 1-866-646-8465 to complete your transaction. In order to complete your transaction, USMR must receive good funds from you for the transaction cost via bank wire or cashier’s check. Our sales representatives will provide you with the information required to complete your transaction. Once USMR receives good funds for your bullion purchase, USMR will contact you to verify the transaction and lock-in the price for your transaction. USMR will send you an order confirmation providing the transaction details. All bullion sales are final once you have verified your transaction.
USMR may allow you to purchase bullion via our website using a credit card. Credit card bullion purchases shall be limited to $5,000 per customer per 30 day period regardless of the number of credit cards you utilize. All bullion sales are final.
USMR may allow you to lock-in the price for a bullion transaction utilizing a credit card for an order up to $25,000. A $2.00 non-refundable service fee will be charged to your credit card at the time of the order. Completion of the transaction requires you to provide good funds as described above. Orders that you can lock-in the price with a credit card will be limited to $25,000 per customer per 30 day period regardless of the number of credit cards you utilize. In the event you for any reason cancel the bullion purchase for which you locked-in the price via credit card, you will be subject to USMR’s Market Loss Policy and subject to a cancellation fee.
You may place an order with a USMR salesperson by telephone which will have the same effect as if the order was placed in writing. Client's telephonic order will be verified and recorded by a client service representative to ensure the details of the order are correct and will include the price, quantity, method of payment and other material terms of the order. As described below, bullion orders cannot be accepted prior to USMR's receipt of good funds.
Our sales representatives can assist you in purchasing numismatic coins from USMR via credit card, bank wire, cashier’s check, money order, or personal check. Numismatic coin sales are subject to USMR’s standard return policy
USMR reserves the right to refuse an order when the confirmed price is incorrect, due to computer-related problems, pricing error, incorrect item descriptions or sudden movements in the precious metals market. Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order deemed questionable, suspicious or of significant risk to USMR regardless of payment method and price confirmation.
Your USMR order may be canceled if we do not receive payment within five (5) business days on orders under $25,000 (USD) and three (3) business days for orders over $25,000 (USD). Once you have placed an order with USMR, you have entered into a binding agreement.
