Placing Your Order

You may submit an “order request” to purchase bullion through our website.  The price of your bullion purchase is not locked-in or fixed at the time of your order request.  You are required to call U.S. Money Reserve at 1-866-MINT-GOLD to complete your transaction.  In order to complete your transaction, U.S. Money Reserve must receive good funds from you for the transaction cost via bank wire or cashier’s check.  Our sales representatives will provide you with the information required to complete your transaction.  Once U.S. Money Reserve receives good funds for your bullion purchase, U.S. Money Reserve will contact you to verify the transaction and lock-in the price for your transaction.  U.S. Money Reserve will send you an order confirmation providing the transaction details.  All bullion sales are final once you have verified your transaction.

You may also place an order with a U.S. Money Reserve Senior Gold Specialist by telephone by calling 1-866-MINT-GOLD.  Your telephonic order will be verified and recorded by a client service representative to ensure the details of the order are correct and will include the price, quantity, method of payment and other material terms of the order.
